• Chinese Cassia Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
• Indonesian Glangal (Alpinia officinarum Hance)
• Polish Calamus (Acorus calamus Linné)
• Egyptian Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon citratus)
KEY INGREDIENTS:
♦ Myrrh aroma often is connected with mourning and/or with healing grief, but it also gives spiritual courage and protection. The ancient Egyptians used it extensively in embalming, in that way both preserving and protecting the dead, and they would sacrifice an ox filled with myrrh in honor of Isis. It was also the incense of choice for the noonday worship of Re in the temple at Heliopolis, so it is often thought of as a Sun scent.
♦ Cassia Cinnamon is warmer, more drying, and juicier than regular cinnamon and is the preferred type in southern Europe. This magic herb was used by the pharoahs as an ingredient in kyphi, among other things. It is said to help in psychic development, clairvoyance, prophetic dreams, and for matters of sexuality. This warm, reassuring scent strengthens the yang or male aspect. It increases general vitality and stops excessive bleeding. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is called upon against pain in the lower back.
♦ Calamus is also known as sweet flag or sweet cane, this magic herb enjoys growing in or near water, and because of that, it has often been associated with the Moon. The Sun, however, is much more appropriate, because the root is very mildly stimulating and warming, and the flower is yellow with a very masculine form.
♦ Frankincense is probably the most famous incense in the Western world. A Fire and Sun associated scent, it is good for spiritual development, centering oneself for meditation or other spiritual work, purifying areas of negative energy. Some use it to clean chakras, especially the Third Eye. It is fabulous for smudging yourself, your animals, and your home when you are the target of negative magic. The fragrance is very relaxing and gives one a feeling of wholeness and wellness.
♦ Ceylon Cinnamon is a great Sun herb, showing that planet’s influence in its gentle warmth and mild stimulation. Cinnamon is good for protection and for prosperity magic. Because it’s often identified as a Fire herb, cinnamon is frequently a part of love/sex magic. In terms of its scent, it mixes well with other Sun herbs like labdanum, cedar, and olibanum.
♦ Angelica in European herbal medicine, is warming and gently stimulating. Historically, its seeds have been an ingredient in medieval medicinal liqueurs like Chartreuse and Benedictine, and a fresh stalk can flavor white wine. Angelica is mentioned as protective against evil forces as far back as the Icelandic sagas. In European practice, powdered angelica was sprinkled around the house to repel witchcraft. In Hoodoo, angelica root is protective of hearth and home and may be an ingredient in a mojo bag for that purpose. Together with salt, it is used as a powder for purifying the house. Since the 1600s, it has been considered linked with angels, when people believed that it protected against plague. Anything that protects from plague can be used to protect against plague spirits.

Onca’s Anointing Oil enhances Magic & Protection. The ritual blending and blessing of the oils is a traditional ceremony carried out amidst powerful magical, holy, and religious relics. Onca sacred oil was hand-blended, blessed and bottled into 10 ml “metaphysical roll-on” of concentrated magic. Each glass oil bottle contains its own spiritual life force (the soul), that is harnessed by harvesting Mother Nature’s blessings. Plants have electromagnetic energy. Roots, seeds, leaves, and petals all contain a specific metaphysical signature that is captured and magically-infused into the oil that corresponds to each botanical’s intent and purpose.
A N O I N T I N G
The application of oils to the body or objects is called, “anointing.” Anointing is the perfect way to supercharge candles, talismans, and other magical tools, because it helps draw positive energy to the object, thereby strengthening its power. When seeking to draw positivity to your work or spiritual tool, rub the oil with one hand over the object in an inward motion towards you. To dispel negative energy, rub in an outward motion. Likewise, do the same for your body. Anointing the body with oils is an excellent way to strengthen your intentions. The aroma of the oil acts to keep your desires and prayers at the forefront of your mind throughout the day. The more thought and concentration you put into your prayers, intentions, or spells, the stronger they become. “Remember intent is what drives the power of the tool”.

Because of their pleasant and strong properties, magical oils make the ideal offering to your favored Spirit or Deity. When using oil as an altar offering, you may pour it into a special dish and leave it on your altar, or simply uncork the bottle and leave it open. It’s always beneficial to dedicate an oil offering before presenting it to your favored Spirit or Deity.
This Ritually-Blessed Oil was crafted to enhance and promote ritual-working, spell-working and personal intent. Abramelin oil, also called Oil of Abramelin, is a ceremonial magic oil blended from aromatic plant materials. The recipe is similar to the one for holy anointing oil found in the Book of Exodus in the Old Testament. (Exodus 30:22-25)
Onca Abramelin Oil is artfully crafted, steeped, and blessed to bring you the most potent formulation for use during rituals and to open communication with spirit guides. This oil is highly stimulating and purifying. Infused on elected Moon day to enhance the properties, the oil was then blessed on a sacred altar. The oil was kept in dark apothecary jar, under the watchful eyes of burning monastery candles, with appointed saints, over appropriate sigil plate, surrounded by cleansing salts and crystals. Blessed under the moon during the appropriate moon cycle, the oil was prepared from New Moon to New Moon, holding the full Moon potency in between.
HOW TO USE: Today, we use these sacred oils in many of the same ways as our ancestors, harnessing a powerful energy that transcends space and time. In spiritual recipes can be used to anoint the body or tools, burned in an oil burner, or added to ritual baths. Can only be used in relatively small amounts upon the skin and must be carefully placed to avoid contact with the eyes, nostrils, or mucous membranes. If dermal sensitivities are an issue, a skin patch test should be conducted prior to first-time use. The oil is ready to be used to enhance spell-work, also to anoint your altar and divination tools. Store in dark cool place.
BEST FOR: Enhance your spell-casting abilities and give your magic a boost with one of the oldest spiritual oils known to us today, Abramelin Oil! When applied to the brow or other chakras, it creates a warming sensation that enhances focus and energy flow for ritual, making it also ideal for wearing on the pulse points on days that require extra focus or success.
